The Charlotte yoga teacher training is held in Lake Norman and usually draws yoga students that would like to become Yoga Teachers from many states and even countries.
The Lake Norman Yoga Studio often has yoga students that come Florida for the 200 hour yoga teacher training that takes 8 weeks to complete. Once they have finished their Charlotte Yoga Teacher Training and have gotten to know and appreciate the beautiful state of North Carolina, they often end up moving here.
